Litigated RTA Fee Earner - Claimant
Leading claimant firm in Greater Manchester that specialises in credit hire is looking to appoint a senior fee earner to a growing department.
Joining the RTA department, you are responsible for a caseload of litigated credit hire to RTA cases.
You will handle cases from fast track to multi track, follow a litigated process and collect evidence to drafting witness statements to support your files.
For this vacancy, the ideal candidate is a senior fee earner with a proven track record of handling litigated, escalated cases and multi-track claims.
Candidate Criteria- Run a caseload of high value, motor accident claims
- Run cases valuing up to £150,000 in value
- Drafting witness statements, court hearings and evidence
- Handle a litigated caseload of RTA claims
- Collecting evidence to support the claims
This is an opportunity to join a growing Lancashire claimant firm and become a recognised authority in the RTA team.
You may assist and develop junior paralegals in the team, and receive support on your litigated caseload where needed.
