Looking for your next challenge? We’ve got a fantastic opportunity for a Gas Operations Supervisor

In this role, you'll be leading a skilled team working across Bracknell, Windsor, Slough and surrounding area. You’ll oversee all Gas works across the housing stock, ensuring everything is safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards.

You’ll be more than just a supervisor – you’ll motivate and support your team, keeping them up to date with training and qualifications while making sure performance and productivity stay on track. Your technical expertise will be key in guiding your colleagues, ensuring safe working practices, and maintaining top-quality work.

This role also covers solid fuel and renewable heating systems, so you’ll be providing technical advice and support to ensure our Gas Engineers can do their jobs safely and efficiently. Above all, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our customers safe by making sure our work meets and exceeds regulatory standards.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced Gas Engineer who has a wealth of experience and has ideally led a team in a previous role.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience: Significant experience in gas operations, including supervisory roles.
• Qualifications: Relevant technical qualifications in gas engineering.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge: Thorough understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
