Online Pharmacy ACT Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Accredited Checking Technician (ACT) Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Milton Keynes. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the efficient operation of our pharmacy by ensuring accurate dispensing and checking of prescriptions.

Responsibilities:

Perform accurate dispensing of prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist.

Conduct final accuracy checks on dispensed prescriptions as per pharmacy protocols.

Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the correct medication is dispensed to patients.

Assist in managing pharmacy inventory, including receiving, unpacking, and storing medications.

Collaborate with pharmacy team members to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.

Adhere to pharmacy regulations and standards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Requirements:

Accredited Checking Technician (ACT) qualification.

Previous experience working in a pharmacy setting is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and best practices.

Flexibility to work Monday to Friday onsite in Milton Keynes.
