Job Title: Secondary Science Teacher
Location: Margate
Start Date: September 2024
Salary: £30,000 to £ 46,525 (In line with your current pay scale)Secondary Science Teacher - Margate
Academics are currently with a secondary school in Margate who are looking for looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Science to join a "Good" school in September 2024. The start date can be negotiated. The successful applicant will be able to teach general science across key stages 3 & 4 to students of all abilities as well as demonstrate a proven track record of securing outstanding student outcomes.
The ability to deliver either physics, chemistry or biology to key stage 5 would be advantageous but not essential.
We welcome applications both from ECTs and from experienced teachers who want to broaden their experience in a dynamic and innovative department.
The school are looking for someone who:
Has relevant experience of teaching science in a secondary school
Is a "Good" teacher who can establish good relationships with, motivate and inspire young people and who shows the potential and commitment to become and outstanding teacher
Has good interpersonal skills, the ability to empathise with young people and build positive relationships with students and colleagues
