Compliance Advisor

As part of your day-to-day role, you are responsible for the following.
• Works within the Compliance team to support Compliance activities to continually develop, improve, implement, and maintain the integrity of Linbrooke’s management system and business performance.
• Support all external audits required to maintain Linbrooke accreditations under Safety, Quality, Environmental & Information Security standards.
• Supports the IMS Audit Programme and other monitoring regimes to consistently meet compliance requirements within the business.
• Supports internal audits by providing administrative assistance, liaison with internal and external Linbrooke personnel and companies.
• Where appropriate provide guidance and advice regarding the current IMS document management system (SharePoint).
• Assist with identifying areas for improvement and areas of potential risk associated with the company’s IMS System.
• Attend meetings as and when requested to do so, Support presentations and encourage effective communication across the business.
• Undertake any other task deemed appropriate within the role.
• Assists with Supplier Reviews and coordinates audit programme.
• Undertakes day to day IMS system reviews and ensures that Linbrooke maintains an effective document management system.
• Assists the HSEQ team as required.
• Supports the Group Compliance Manager during site visits.
• Provide support to operational teams in relation to audit preparation.

Essential
• Administrative Skills Background
• Use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Desirable
• Internal Auditor Qualification / Experience
• NEBOSH Certification (General / Construction)
• Knowledge of ISO Standards
• Experience of working within a rail / utilities industry

Monday to Friday, Office based position.
