Manage a caseload covering all private domestic violence, and cohabitation matters.
Handle tasks related to ancillary finances and divorce, with advocacy skills being advantageous.
Handle privately funded cases
Contribute to maintaining the firm's reputation for staff welfare and professionalism.Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
Substantial experience in family law practice, with expertise in children law, domestic violence, and cohabitation.
Familiarity with ancillary finances, divorce, and advocacy.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently and provide high-quality client care.
Willingness to collaborate within a team-oriented environment and support junior staff members.
