The Learning Academy Partnership have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Trust, based at Charleton C of E Academy.
Lying at the heart of our community, Charleton is set in extensive grounds, framed by the stunning backdrop of the river estuary and open countryside. Our provision takes the fullest advantage of our fantastic outdoor space and the environment is very much part of the daily curriculum where a wealth of natural resources makes learning exciting and awe-inspiring for all children.

As a small village school there is a real sense of community; we value the incredible relationships we have with our families and aim to ensure that all our children experience a rich and engaging curriculum that is distinctive to the local community.
We empower children with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to flourish, removing barriers to learning so every child can achieve their full potential.

We are looking for an administrator who shares our values to join our committed team, working to ensure that we serve our children and communities to the best of our abilities. This role lends itself to someone who is highly motivated, with a wide range of administrative and interpersonal skills.
You’ll be happy to work independently whilst following processes, as well as collaboratively as part of the wider Trust team. Our ideal candidate will be extremely organised with a keen eye for detail, who can be calm whilst prioritising their work and can demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.

We invest in our colleagues, and you will be fully supported so you feel professionally nourished in your role; we are on a journey to become the ‘BEST employer’; we want to continue to embed a culture where all colleagues feel valued and a real sense of belonging, so they can flourish in their roles and, in short, be the best they can be.
We are at an exciting time in our development as a growing school Trust, and you will be open to the new opportunities this will bring.

Our Trust is dedicated to building an authentic workforce, so if you are excited about this role but your past experiences look a little different to what we’ve identified, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may just be the perfect candidate! We are looking for someone who is inspired by our Trust mission and is committed to making a profound difference to the lives of our children.

We encourage applications from people from all backgrounds and aim to have a workforce that represents the wider communities that we serve. We champion diversity, inclusion and wellbeing and aim to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and a sense of belonging.

Our School Trust is underpinned by our four core beliefs; we are stronger together, a sense of belonging; removing barriers and realising the possible. This means that by working collectively, we can achieve our absolute best to ensure that children, especially the most vulnerable, can flourish.
In short, our ethos is one of working together to Empower, Excel, Together.

We can offer you:
 •  The opportunity to make a profound difference to children’s lives
 •  A culture that takes work-life balance extremely seriously for all its colleagues
 •  The chance to work as part of a collective in a values-led school Trust, a single organisation
