Due to an extended period of exponential growth, we are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our expanding design team.

About The Mechanical Design Engineer Role

You will be responsible for mechanical design and development of bespoke equipment and machines, along with progressing projects through all stages of a full product development lifecycle.

The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for:

Design mechanical solutions for automated production equipment.
Collaborate to refine designs for client needs and project requirements.
Create detailed CAD drawings for components and assemblies.
Evaluate designs for optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee prototype fabrication and testing.
Conduct design reviews to improve functionality.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
Source components and materials from suppliers.
Manage product lifecycle activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

A successful Mechanical Design Engineer will need:

3+ years of machinery design experience
Proficiency in 3D CAD.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with relevant certifications.
