Responsibilities: Customer Support Specialist
To deliver high quality customer services to the clients within your portfolio by managing complex queries.
Ensure you support clients with: Data reporting, Portfolio management including Change of Tenancies, site additions and query management.
Process customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resolutions and deliver seamless customer experiences. Requirements: Customer Support Specialist
Previous experience in a customer service role within the UK energy sector.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanour.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
Ability to work well independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment. Location: Coventry (Hybrid)
Salary £23,000 to £28,000 DOE
