Job Description:
• * Lead, mentor, and develop the design team to achieve their full potential.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence across the business
• Drive concept development and validate innovative ideas.
• Continuously improve current product range for optimal technical performance and reliability.
• Define the product development roadmap.
• Provide technical input and support into new product and component development.
• Ensure highest standards of product care and maintenance
• Identify and explore new markets and applications for our technologies.
• Provide technical support during customer interactions and meetings.
Skills & Experience
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in mechanical design or related engineering leadership.
• Strong commercial orientation with a track record of project delivery.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
