Looking for
We are seeking a motivated, junior-level bid coordinator with a foundational understanding of electrical systems. This person will play a key role in supporting the sales team with international lighting projects. Ideal candidates should have basic knowledge of lighting and be eager to support our team in accurate cost estimation and technical support.
Requirements
• Collaborate proactively with the sales team to develop cost-effective solutions for lighting projects.
• Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for sales proposals, including materials, labour, and equipment.
• Work with engineering and design teams to ensure project proposals are accurate and feasible.
• Analyze technical documents to support the estimation process.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and contractors to evaluate quotes and bids.
• Provide internal teams with technical guidance.
Qualifications:
• Relevant degree or coursework in electrical systems, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and a large network of international partners
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
