The successful applicant will be joining a motivated and experienced management team and will be tasked with monitoring and helping to implement the company’s Health and Safety strategy across the business. The person we are looking for will have, drive, energy and passion on top of Health and Safety Experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  1.  Work closely with the HSEQ Team to develop and deliver the health & safety strategy.
  2.  Build relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation and external interested parties.
  3.  Monitoring and reviewing health & safety trends to identify areas of improvement.
  4.  Develop and improve Health & Safety culture across the organisation by helping to lead health and safety cultural improvement initiatives.
  5.  Develop Training needs and develop programmes and deliver.
  6.  Managing 3rd party suppliers, building strong relationships
  7.  Support on incident and accident investigation when required and lessons learnt.
  8.  Lead and drive health and safety cultural improvement initiatives.
  9.  Input to achieving and maintaining various Accreditations and Certifications.
 10.  Site auditing.
 11.  Supporting the Operational Team with RAMS preparation.

Willing to travel where required
 •  Service/FM / Projects experience
 •  Understanding of CDM
Skills & Experience (E= Essential | D = Desirable)
  1.  1 year + experience working in Health & Safety (E)
  2.  NEBOSH Certificate or Equivalent (E)
  3.  Previous experience working within Health & Safety (E)
  4.  Experience working in Facilities Management, infrastructure sector or Construction. (E)
  5.  Knowledge of CDM would be beneficial but not essential. (E)
  6.  An electrical background (D)
