Job Description
A fantastic opportunity awaits for a confident Small Animal Vet to join an incredible team. This role will primarily be based at one location, with the flexibility to work across multiple practices. Our client is open to considering both part-time and full-time Vets, accommodating desired working patterns upon discussion.
As a member of our client's team, you'll enjoy complete clinical autonomy and dedicated support. Your role will involve providing gold standard care for customers, focusing on diagnostic choices and affordability rather than sales margins or targets.
You'll have the opportunity to work in a close-knit environment and contribute to a culture that values personal connections with clients.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and clinical care
• Maintain a calm demeanor under pressure
• Conduct consultations and clinical procedures with a smile
• Foster a positive team culture and contribute to team dynamics
• Assist in occasional administrative tasks, such as making tea
Requirements:
• Qualified Small Animal Vet
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Passion for delivering outstanding healthcare
• Willingness to contribute to a supportive team environment
