Role Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant in a nursery setting, you will play a vital role in supporting the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting with the implementation of the early years curriculum.
• Supporting children's learning through a variety of activities and play-based experiences.
• Providing individualised support to children with additional needs.
• Promoting positive behavior management techniques and fostering a safe and inclusive environment.
• Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support children's holistic development.
We are looking for individuals who have:
• Previous experience working with children, ideally within an early years or nursery setting.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
