URGENT - AJ100 PRACTICE SEEK TALENTED ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST
If you're an ambitious Technologist looking to work on sizable schemes, this is a brilliant opportunity.
Looking to grow their team size in line with increased workload, this recognised practice is busy across a range of sectors including residential, commercial and education. With strong foundations in place within their London studio, they are looking to bolster their delivery performance with a skilled Technologist. Key criteria includes:
• Minimum of 5 years UK experience, ideally on larger projects.
• Revit proficiency and NBS Chorus experience desired.
• Excellent knowledge of building regs and NHBC Guidance and housing design guidance.
• Self motivated personality to understand the tasks at hand and deliver without need for excessive management.
This opening is within their Zone 1 London studio and you''ll be joining a collaborative team environment. It''s a social team and there are flexible working opportunities to suit individuals needs. Salary is between £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience to date
