Role: Children's HomeRegistered Manager for a NEW 3 bed EBD Children’s Home
Location: Near Tamworth, Staffordshire
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum negotiable plus Ofsted bonus, annual company bonus

If you are an experienced registered children’s home manager or you are a ready to step up children's home deputy manager this is a great opportunity for you to put your own stamp on a lovely large detached new children’s home situated in a beautiful rural Staffordshire location.

You will be joining a very experienced, knowledgeable senior team who will help develop your career further and you can grow with the company.

The owner is passionate about providing the best possible care and outcomes for children and young people with emotional and behavioral disorders. Along with the support of a very dedicated and knowledgeable responsible individual and Operations manager they will ensure your success as a registered manager allowing your management skills to flourish.

This company focus on therapeutic care for the children and young people and you will be working closely with an in house team of therapists.

The on call duties will be shared with the senior management team, deputy manager and other managers of their other nearby children's homes to allow you to have a great work life balance.

Plus option of working from home one day per week!

To reward your hard work and success you will be offered Ofsted bonuses for receiving Good or Outstanding in the home inspections which are £1.5K/3K respectively!

This company will fully support you to be a successful registered children's home manager and provide you with all the tools to do your job including a HR and maintenance team.

Starting Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum negotiable depending on experience and Level 5 qualification.

To Apply:

 •  You will have solid experience as a successful children’s home registered manager or children's home deputy manager.
 •  You will have ideally obtained the Level 5 Leadership & Management Children & Young People qualification or social worker qualifications. You will however be supported to complete the Level 5 diploma.
 •  You will be passionate about striving for positive outcomes for children and young people and you will have a proactive work ethic as you will not be micromanaged!
