Reporting into the Head of Business you will be responsible for managing the aftersales department which includes a team of Technicians, Workshop Control, Parts and front of house Service Advisor team across a split site workshop. Your key objective will be to drive the performance of the teams within the aftersales operation and encourage them to work, efficiently and cohesively, to optimise performance and consistently provide customer excellence.
As an Aftersales Manager your responsibility is to ensure our customers aftersales needs are met, this will including ensuring all works are booked in promptly and all work is carried out to the required standard. Your teams will be responsible for upselling products to our customers and ensuring the aftersales department hits all KPIs.
Daily duties will include:
• People management of the Aftersales team
• Ensuring customer satisfaction metrics are hit
• Hitting monthly KPIs/budgets
• Ensuring all repairs are fully compliant
• Daily reporting
• Ensuring all warranty reporting is complete
Your credentials:
• Currently a high achieving Aftersales Manager in a franchised dealership
• Hands-on leadership style, not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Ability to lead from the front and engage with the full team
• Able to motivate and engage a large team to success
• Proven success in exceeding aftersales targets
• Goal orientated - hungry to be the best
