Based: High Wycombe / Hybrid / Remote (UK)
Term: Permanent, Full time
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 pa + excellent benefits

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Key Accounts, as the channel marketing co-ordinator for Key Accounts you will manage all communication and marketing output with Key Account partners across all Focusrite Group EMEA brands.

You will be responsible for managing the successful roll out of both Global marketing campaigns and product launches, and strategically planning specific initiatives with Key Account partners to increase awareness and demand as required.

You will take ownership for managing all content creation, implementation, and optimisation across our Amazon (EU12 and expanding markets) brand stores and product ranges, understanding the importance of key product content and messaging. You will know how to manage product advertising, responsible for effectively marketing our product range across the Amazon Advertising platform.

Key responsibilities include:

 •  Ensure all marketing deliverables are communicated on time and managed with our Key Account partners.
 •  Lead the Amazon Content Creation process, managing our full portfolio of brands and products.
 •  Manage our Amazon advertising budget – understanding core KPIs, how to optimise campaigns and how to successfully pace an advertising budget.
 •  Provide frequent clear and concise audits on the Key Account network.
 •  Work with the marketing teams for each brand to understand global marketing strategies and then implement these with Key Accounts, ensuring deadlines are met and our partners have everything required for successful marketing campaigns.
 •  Work with the Head of Key Accounts as well as the regional Product Specialists to ensure marketing communications are tailored to the partner, and effective.
 •  Work with the Key Account network in EMEA to build and measure tailored marketing campaigns, working with our in-house design teams where needed to ensure relevant assets are created on time.
 •  Travel in EMEA (est. once p/quarter) to build relationships with the key personnel at Key Accounts.

Skills and experience required:

 •  Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across different internal and external teams.
 •  Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon Advertising platforms.
 •  A keen interest in retail and trade marketing.
 •  Have a strong working knowledge of eCommerce– what works and what doesn’t.
