Further responsibilities include:
Acting as the first point of contact for all issues, using your resources to minimise the need for further escalation
Identify opportunities for business improvement through the analysis of the current operational performance using relevant KPIs
Ensure all manufacturing activities are resourced and managed appropriately, including the introduction of new products and processes
Ensure that all H&S audits are carried out, investigating any EHS incidents to the required standard.
Your Background - Manufacturing Manager
To succeed in this exciting role, you will need experience in a similar manufacturing environment, with proven leadership skills.
You will also require the following:
Experience in managing manufacturing processes within a technical production environment
The ability to identify solutions to problems
Knowledge of lean and business improvement techniques
