Salary - £26,000 per annum

Hours - 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Partnered with IRS (Intelligent Repair Services) based in Germany, who are the largest provider of accident claim services in
Europe, this partnership provides Halo with an unrivalled platform and the resource for excellent training, development and

To support our Accounts team we are looking for someone who has a minimum of two years accounts experience, excellent attention to
detail and organisational abilities and outstanding communication skills.

We are creating the next generation of repair centres, driven by a passion for service, quality, and customer focus, and we want
you to be a part of it!

The role will include, but is not limited to the following:

 •  Processing supplier invoices, credit notes and performing supplier statement reconciliations;
 •  Preparing and checking payment runs;
 •  Agreeing daily credit card receipts;
 •  Providing support and assistance to the accounts team;
 •  Assist the Finance Manager with other accounting tasks as required.
 •  This is a varied and interesting role with responsibilities.
 •  Matching supplier invoices and credit notes to PO’s on our Lightyear system.
 •  Transferring data from Lightyear into Sage Intact
 •  Performing supplier statement reconciliations.
 •  Liaising with different sites as required.

What are we looking for?
 •  2+ years accounts experience
 •  Excellent organisational abilities, and attention to detail
 •  Outstanding communication skills
