Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure seamless project scoping and design within budget and timeframe constraints.
• Oversee project progress from inception to handover, devising strategies to tackle any challenges that arise.
• Set and achieve project targets by efficiently utilizing operational and support resources.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple operations sites.
Ideal Candidate:
• Holds an HNC/Degree in Project Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related fields.
• Possesses a Full Driving Licence for travel to sites across Scotland.
• Demonstrates a proactive approach to continuous improvement and exceptional internal customer service.
• Excels in building relationships with internal stakeholders, business partners, and suppliers.
• Proficient in planning and organizing activities to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with adaptability to various ERP systems.
