Our client, a leading data platform provider, is seeking a talented and passionate Business Analyst to join their growing Professional Services team in Norwich.

About the Role:

In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering market-leading technology to clients and partners. You'll work closely with them to develop and implement explainable and trustworthy process models, transforming business knowledge into automated decision-making solutions.

What you'll do:

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives, translating them into effective models using a low-code platform. (No prior software engineering experience required!)

Become a champion for the business and their technology, building expertise and representing the platform at an exceptional level within the market.

Partner with clients and colleagues to deliver successful projects, including rapid field demos, Proofs of Value (PoCs), pilots, and full-scale implementations.

Foster strong relationships with clients and partners, proactively identifying new opportunities for the business’ solutions.

Contribute to client proposals and statements of work, showcasing the value proposition of the technology.

Develop and deliver training materials to empower clients and partners in leveraging the platforms capabilities.

Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, readily adapting to new challenges and solutions.

You'll be a great fit if you:

Possess a passion for technology and a creative spark, eager to explore innovative solutions.

Thrive in a team environment, leveraging the strengths of your colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Excel at stakeholder management, building and maintaining meaningful relationships with diverse audiences.

Can effectively communicate the value of software within the context of other technologies and client systems.

Demonstrate a self-starting attitude, with the ability to learn new technical skills quickly.

Embrace change and focus on solutions in a rapidly evolving environment.

Are detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and results-focused, with a dedication to client satisfaction.

The Perks:

Our client offers a family-focused culture with a flexible approach to working. The role is predominantly working from their Norwich office for the majority of the week, with remote working on Fridays. (Occasional travel may be required, typically no more than 10%.)

You'll join a supportive and collaborative team who will provide you with the training and resources needed to become an Implementation expert.

The opportunity to make a real impact by helping clients automate complex decision-making processes with trustworthy Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation and other relevant technology solutions.

If you're a passionate and talented individual with a drive to succeed, with an interest in working at the leading edge of technology, we encourage you to apply!
