Position Overview:

As our new CEO, you will assume full responsibility for the overall strategic direction, operational performance, and financial health of the organization. Working closely with the board of directors, you will lead our team in achieving ambitious goals, fostering a culture of innovation, and promoting the growth of Cornish businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

 •  Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive sustainable growth and profitability while showcasing the strengths of Cornish businesses.
 •  Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate employees at all levels of the organization, fostering a deep sense of pride in our Cornish heritage.
 •  Cultivate strong relationships with local businesses, government officials, and community leaders to promote collaboration and support economic development initiatives in Cornwall.
 •  Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including clients, investors, and regulatory bodies, emphasizing the unique value proposition of Cornish businesses.

Qualifications:

Terms and Conditions

A salary of £50,000 - £60,000 pro rata.

Subject to a 6-month probation period, this post is for a permanent position.
