HRA Recruitment are looking for Skilled Roofers in the local areas around Northwich and Warrington for our client who are based in the surrounding area. This family owned business are looking for good quality, skilled roofers who possess a multi trade background to work on residential and commercial projects together in a team and individually in the local area.
You would be expected to have your own tools and transport, but once you have worked with the company for some time evidenting your quality roofing work they can look to offer you a van to help complete work, they cannot offer this from the get go.
Schedule as a Skilled Roofer:
• Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm (weekend work available)
• £150 per day (UTR)
General Duties as a Skilled Roofer:
• Install, repair, and maintain roofs on domestic projects.
• Remedial, solutions work as well as installation of various roof types.
• Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new roofing materials.
• Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions.
• Apply waterproofing materials to prevent leaks.
• Inspect roofs for damage and make necessary repairs.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
• Use power tools to complete roofing tasks
• Inspect roofs for leaks, damage or other issues
Requirements for Skilled Roofers:
• Previous experience in roofing is essential.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and equipment.
• Knowledge of different roofing materials and installation techniques.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Valid driver's license is essential with no points.
• Must have CSCS Card.
• Multi trade background.
• Carpentry experience.
Job Type: Full-time, temp to perm on a 12 week probationary period.
Pay: £150.00 per day
Benefits:
• On-site parking.

• Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm)
• Weekend availability.
Supplemental pay types:
• Quarterly bonus.
