Our friendly membership client in Lutterworth is seeking an experienced Administrator to deal with their Directory and Job Boards

Main Tasks
 •  Proof-reading member Directory listings.
 •  Approving or rejecting listings where needed
 •  Checking Directory listing photos
 •  Administrative work involves proficient use of our CRM system
 •  Working closely with the Directory team
 •  Proof-reading and loading job adverts onto their CRM system
 •  Setting up job advert invoices on the CRM system
 •  Liaising with external advertisers
 •  Formulating their weekly advert on the CRM system
 •  Working closely with the Jobs board team

Person Spec
 •  Minimum of 2 years office experience
 •  Qualified to GCSE level or equivalent
 •  Good organisational skills
 •  Excellent communication Skills
 •  Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
 •  Accurate Data Entry Skills

Desirable
 •  Experience of working with MS Dynamics
 •  Experience of recruitment advertising
