Job Title: Events Project Manager
Location: West Midlands - Hybrid working available (3 days per week in the office)
Salary: from £35K to £40K depending on experience

The Company:

We have been in the Event'sIndustry for over 20 years and due to continual growth, we are looking to recruit an Events Project Manager. As one of the leaders in the industry we are able to offer an incredible amount of potential for growth and progression for the right candidate.

Job Purpose Summary:

To act as the Events Project Manager this involves working with key clients across a variety of events.
The ideal candidate will have strong operational event experience and be comfortable dealing with large scale events and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery of client projects - taking ownership of client communication
Management of projects from strategy to delivery
Build and maintain client relationships - including proposals and pitches as necessary.
Inputting to creative and innovative solutions
Project scoping and budgeting- financial management (scoping, quoting and budgeting)

Assisting with training of new starters as necessary and ensuring all account teams are adhering to the relevant processes and procedures.
H&S - Ensuring all projects have adequate H&S cover. All Risk Assessments and Method Statements to be completed.
Develop a strong working relationship with all departments.
Significant amounts of UK travel at times. There may be occasional international travel.

Experience and Skills Required:

Significant Project Management experience from brief to delivery gained within an event production/agency.
Experience of video production and graphics would be useful but not essential.

A proven ability to control large and complicated event projects, with excellent knowledge and experience.
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills and be able to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the business.
To be able to apply logical and logistical planning methods to the department's requirements.
Excellent time management and ability to thrive under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
To be hard working, enthusiastic and confident, with a professional demeanour.
Full UK Driving License/Own car
