Job description
Our client in Tilbury is looking for a Front Desk Administrator on a full time temporary position, ideally the role will be starting immediately.
The successful candidate will be fully responsible for the efficient and effective administration while also supporting on the front desk.
Hours: 06:00:1400 or 0900:1700 (night shift may be required on occasion for holiday support)
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Start Date: Immediate
Duties;
• To check customers outbound and inbounds deliveries in the system
• Work on WMS system. (training would also be provided)
• Consideration of work on Descartes (EMCS system), in relation to bonded documents, ARC etc. (training would also be provided)
• Completing e-AD and Export documentation, CMR
• Completion of process control and quality documented records, in a timely manner.
• Dealing with drivers and customers
• Accurate completion of all outbounds load paperwork
• Responsible for highlighting any potential Administration issues to your Team Leader.
• Booking containers on an internal system (training will be provided)
• Other general tasks may be required for you to help the support of the office operation as requested
Experience
• Proven experience in administration
• Previous logistics / warehouse administration experience would be advantageous
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Competent on Microsoft office
