My client, an innovative employer with exciting growth plans is seeking a Change Specialist to support them with a small number of change programmes from an HR perspective.

Based in the Portsmouth Head Office, this is initially a 3 month interim project with potential for extension.

As a Change Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving organizational transformation and process improvement. Your role involves leading and managing specific projects aimed at reshaping business processes, challenging existing practices, and ensuring that benefits are clearly identified and realized.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.

Responsibilities:

  1.  Strategic Development:
 •  Assist in the strategic development of corporate projects.
 •  Lead and manage initiatives to improve and reshape business processes.
 •  Develop and implement change management strategies.
  2.  Project Leadership:
 •  Take ownership of specific projects related to process improvement.
 •  Create business cases for proposed changes.
 •  Ensure successful project delivery within specified timelines.
  3.  Business Process Improvement:
 •  Analyze existing processes and identify areas for enhancement.
 •  Challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions.
 •  Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process changes.
  4.  Benefits Realization:
 •  Ensure that benefits resulting from process changes are clearly defined and achieved.
 •  Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes.
 •  Provide regular progress updates to relevant stakeholders.
  5.  Organizational Culture and Communication:
 •  Foster a positive change culture within the organization.
 •  Communicate effectively with teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of change initiatives.
 •  Facilitate training and workshops related to process improvements.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

 •  Have proven experience in change management or process improvement roles from an HR standpoint.
 •  Be available on 2 weeks notice or less
 •  Have excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
 •  CIPD Qualification is advantageous but is not essential
