Older People Team East and North Herts East Herts Locality Team Broxbourne Locality Team Stevenage Locality Team The East and North Herts Older People Service provide support to older people and adults with dementia. We assess and manage care services for older people, who live in the community, care homes or hospital.
We currently have vacancies in our locality teams for Community Care Officers and are looking for enthusiastic people who are passionate about promoting the wellbeing of older people and carers. You need to have good communication skills, the ability to plan your time effectively, managing competing demands and prioritising your workload.
