As a Senior Account Executive, your responsibilities will include…
• Managing a book of existing clients and developing a pipeline of new business
• Generating revenue for the business
• Adhering to company’s compliance policies and ensuring personal data is secure
• Prioritising all client communication and ensuring it’s actioned in a timely way
• Be conscious of profitability to both the underwriters and the brokerage
• Monitoring own performance in line with targets and ensuring KPI’s are achieved
We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive with the following skills and experience…
• Experience as a Senior Account Executive with knowledge of commercial products
• Cert CII qualified or working towards/ have the motivation to qualify
• Full UK Driving license
• Experience of dealing with clients at face-to-face meetings and over the telephone
• A flair for building strong and sustainable working relationships
• A proven track record in sales and achieving growth in commercial insurance
In return, the successful Senior Account Executive will receive a salary of £40,000 to £45,000, plus the following benefits…
• Hybrid working
• Bonus Scheme – 15%
