About the role:
As a Product Executive / Business Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting and assisting our Product Management Team to effectively develop and market our product range, aligning with corporate targets. You will serve as the product data owner, ensuring accuracy and completeness across our product information management system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the product team to meet objectives and enhance the quality of our product data.
• Assist in creating catalogue pages, brochures, and direct mail using our product data management system (STEP).
• Provide administrative support to the product team, including the creation of new products and product tables.
• Maintain minimal error levels and support the team during peak periods, such as proofing pages and pricing.
• Liaise with Product Managers and Marketing to ensure accurate product representation on our website, including image updates, spec changes, and missing information.
• Enhance product content on our data management system by loading additional images, videos, data sheets, and instruction manuals.
• Review and optimize product titles, copy, and metadata to improve our digital SEO performance.
