We are seeking experienced Support / Care Workers to work with service users with complex care needs such as peg feed, tracheotomy, hoisting etc. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a company grow and to ensure the lives of the service are fully supported with excellent levels of care.
• Competitive salary £14/£15 per hour
• Shifts are 8am - 8pm or 8pm to 8am and can be part or full time

As a complex care worker, your role will include:
• Overseeing the delivery of care services
• Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans
• Liaising with families, and healthcare professionals
