We're recruiting experiencedand compassionate Care Assistants to join our Nurse-ledTeam to provide care for our client with complex needs in and around the Falkirk area.
You'll be providing care and support to an adult male with Muscular Dystrophywhose specific needs are:
• Tracheostomy Care
• Ventilator & oxygen management
• Suctioning
• Saturation management
• Medication management
24. hour Shifts include sleep in.
We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team.
We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
