Job Title: Sales Training Administrator
Location: Huntingdon
Remuneration: £12.08 - £13.73 per hour
Contract Details: Temp To Perm, Full Time
Start Date: Urgently required to start asap
Responsibilities:
• Be the first point of contact within our clients training team, engaging with potential candidates regarding course and exam enquiries, and discussing their options.
• Follow up on leads, identify potential training sales opportunities, and advise delegates.
• Maintain excellent course booking records, raise invoices, and ensure the training team is well supported.
• Provide outstanding customer service, build relationships with clients, and encourage repeat bookings.
• Assist in the administration of training courses, including greeting candidates, producing registers, and organising refreshments.
• Update website with accurate training and exam dates and availability.
• Support team on exam days by invigilating exams and assisting candidates.
• Attend online live sessions to provide training assistance to trainers and delegates.
• Keep training supplies stocked, maintain team diaries, and contribute to general administration duties.
• Continuously propose process improvements and keep own skills up to date.
