Are you a Business Development Executive or similar with a background in the automotive industry, looking to join a tight knit team in a company that are committed to offering progression and training opportunities with access to a lucrative bonus structure to significantly boost earnings?

This company is one of the UK's market-leading distributors of replacement parts for cars and vans. They have 12 locations across the Midlands and South Yorkshire areas., they aim to enhance staff skills through access to their in house training academy based in the head office and increased benefits for service with a strong commitment to promoting staff from within.

In this role you will be working alongside the branch team aiming to improve customer experience, your role will be to help meet the branch targets for acquisition and penetration, achieving brand share targets are delivered and ensuring the CRM and customer data is accurate and up to date.

This role will be suited to a Business Development Manager or similar looking for a stable position with a market leading company, that can offer training and progression routes and access to a lucrative bonus structure.

The Role:
 •  Drive Business Development
 •  Support the Branch Manager and wider team
 •  Help deliver targets
 •  Improve customer Experience
 •  Monday - Friday 45 hour week

The Person:
 •  Business Development Background (or similar)
 •  Automotive Sales Background (or similar)

 •  Computer literate
 •  Commutable to Barnsley
