About Our Client

The client is well established in their field and provide a service to a wide range of clients. There is parking on-site and this is an office based role.

Job Description

The Accounts Assistant will:

 •  Process and check purchase invoices, accruals and prepayments, reconciliations etc
 •  Produce monthly sales invoices
 •  Review accounts/profit and loss
 •  Perform supplier statement reconciliations
 •  Resolve queries
 •  Ad-hoc support for the Finance team

The Successful Applicant

The Accounts Assistant will be/have:

 •  Experience in a similar role
 •  Computer literate with good Excel skills and experience using an accounting system/s
 •  Good communication skills
 •  Immediate availability
