Salary: up to £43 per hour

Overview:

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurses with a minimum of 12 months experience to work in Rhyl, North Wales. As a Registered General Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes and contribute to the overall success of our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:

 •  Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
 •  Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
 •  Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
 •  Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, progress notes, and treatment plans.
 •  Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
 •  Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
 •  Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical assistance as required.
 •  Stay updated with current nursing practices and participate in professional development activities.

Requirements:

 •  Valid registration as a General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
 •  Proven experience as a Registered General Nurse, in a hospital setting.
 •  Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
 •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
 •  Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
 •  Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to provide quality care.
 •  Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
 •  Enhanced DBS
