About my client
A family owned regional contractor working on projects up to the value of £8M in the Hampshire and Berkshire regions.
Sectors include education, health care, commercial, industrial, leisure and residential.
Projects include new build and refurbishment.
The Role
This role is to work within an established design team with many years accumulated experience within the industry.
You Will be involved from pre construction through to delivery on multiple projects depending on how large the project values.
Manage the design process using your commercial, contractual, programme, time awareness and technical expertise.
Ensure that the design process recognises current legislation, standards and codes of practice
