ASAP Start
Hybrid - 3 days on site in London (by White City)
Temporary - until end of March 2025
£255 per day (via Umbrella only)
Tate Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside an established pharmaceuticals company who are looking for a Demand Planner to start ASAP.
Your role would be to coordinate effective demand forecasting and inventory management for the business, ensuring smooth material flow and a high customer service level. To collaborate with other departments and 3PL to achieve goals.
As a Demand Planner, your key responsibilities would be:
Developing demand and inventory policy through analysis of supply chain factors.
Contribute to the S&OP process to ensure sales forecast and underlying event/assumptions are transmitted to SAP according to best assumptions.
Ensuring demand forecasting data is consolidated and one agreed demand number is
produced.
Managing the demand and inventory management process for materials under
responsibility.
Maintaining all finished pack products within agreed inventory parameters to ensure
continuity of supply.
Ensure all planning parameters are correctly maintained in the master data.
Manage the life cycle of the product from launch to pruning phase.
Minimising costs by effective inventory management and knowledge of
demand.
Providing financial and volume projections of inventory to supplement decision-
making.
Full control of SAP transactions (MM/SD) by ensuring sales and inventory reconciliation
with 3PL.
Interface monitoring with 3PL - ensuring correct data flow between parties.
