Operate and maintain CNC wood machining equipment to produce high-quality wood products according to specifications.

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders to set up and program machines effectively.

Select and install appropriate cutting tools, adjust speeds and feeds, and calibrate equipment for optimal performance.

Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to production schedules.

Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.

Collaborate with team members, including designers, engineers, and supervisors, to optimize production processes and achieve project goals.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in CNC machining is preferred.

Proven experience as a CNC Wood Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing or woodworking environment.

Proficiency in operating CNC routers, mills, or similar woodworking machinery.

Strong knowledge of wood properties, machining techniques, and tooling selection.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders.

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently under pressure.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience
