This pivotal role demands a proactive individual who thrives in optimising workflows and leading a team to achieve excellence in production targets.
As the successful candidate, your primary focus will be to enhance productivity by providing expert coaching and mentoring to your team. Your adeptness in training staff on new process techniques and collaborating with specialists will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Your responsibilities will encompass the diligent inspection of orders, ensuring timely delivery to your supervised areas. You will be instrumental in maintaining precise component tracking information, thereby upholding the integrity of batch tracking and traceability for all finished products.
In this role, you will be the linchpin in organising your department to maximise workflow productivity. Your ability to liaise effectively with the Technical and Quality department will facilitate the continuous enhancement of documentation, process controls, and components.
Your keen eye for detail will be essential in monitoring manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to strategic planning alongside the Production Manager and other department Team Leaders.
