CBAT is an award-winning national organisation who look after approximately 7000 sites and counting. Care Business Associate Training is one of the UK’s Leading Care Training providers, we currently work with some of the largest organisations in the sector including The Priory Group, Aspris, Potens, Achieve Together & Christadelphian.
Requirements of the Sales Executive:
CBAT are looking for an experienced New Business Sales Executive to work with the existing team in growing revenue.
The ideal candidate needs to have a proven sales record, be motivated and driven to exceed targets and have the ability to work with both small clients and large corporate clients.
The successful candidate will need to be able to work with partners, source new partners and work closely with the marketing team to drive sales ideas and institutes through the business.
Key Requirements for the Sales Executive:
• A proven sales record of 4+ years
• Target driven
• A good team player
• Proven experience of working with large organisations at executive level
• The ability to create and grow pipeline
• Previous experience of working in the care sector is preferred but not essential
• Experience of working in the training sector is desirable
• Experience of working in the care sector is desirable.
Renumeration for the Sales Executive
• £24,000 per annum
• 10% of sales year 1 for new clients
• 7-week Contract initially.
• Weekly Pay
