Mechanical Project Manager required for our exclusive client who are rapidly growing and have a full order book for the next 2 years.
Freelance options available also.
They deliver M&E installation contracts for construction projects within commercial high-spec engineering, residential and government facilities.
Covering work across the South West you’ll be a key member of the management team.

Duties:
• Procurement of materials and labour
• Commercial responsibility to final account
• Programming and management of sub-contractors
• Health and safety responsibilities
• Account management
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering tasks
• Preparation of key technical reviews and documentation
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements
• Meeting with design consultants
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• Value engineering input and programme management
Key Skills;
• SMSTS
• NVQ level 3 Heating & ventilation or similar
• High level of knowledge in commercial and contractual issues in a project environment.
• High level of Business awareness.
• Ability to manage complex projects, determined by budget, technical variance and managed by third parties
