Office Administrator
Connect Appointments have an opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our Kirkcaldy based client, on a part-time temporary basis.
Working Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day between 9am and 4pm (your working times will be agreed during interview), paid weekly at £12 per hour.
Working as an Office Administrator your duties will include, but not limited to:
• Providing general reception and administrative services
• Maintain the filing and information systems (both manual and electrical)
• Maintain and order office supplies/stationery
• Assist in the production of newsletters, leaflets and posters
• Instruct and assist individuals in the use of office equipment, e.g. photocopier, computer etc
• Maintain and update the mailing lists and databases
• To attend some meetings taking minutes and preparing the necessary paperwork
• Taking calls and keeping office diary up-to-date
• Setting up and arranging the meeting rooms, including tea, coffee and lunches
• Other general admin duties as required
Successful applicants will ideally have previous administration experience, preferably in an office or similar environment. Combined with being detail oriented; have strong attention to detail and organisational skills; great attention to detail both written and verbal.
