Location: East Dulwich SE22
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per Year
Hours: 8 hours shift Monday to Friday
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

A private day nursery in Dulwich SE22 are looking to recruit a Level 2/3 Nursery Nurse to join their enthusiastic and passionate team in their lovely nursery setting.

The role:

 •  To take responsibility for planning experiences and encounters for all children and to assess children’s individual learning and development in relation to the EYFS curriculum.
 •  To lead and inspire others who work within their room to provide the best possible childcare.
 •  Working as part of a team and using your initiative and imagination to generate new ideas.
 •  Using your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with parents, children and staff and to welcome visitors to the nursery
 •  To be flexible within working practices of the Setting. Be prepared to help where needed, including to undertake certain domestic jobs within the Setting, e.g. preparation of snack meals, cleansing of equipment etc.
 •  To be flexible with your working hours to cover staff absences.
 •  To attend additional professional development days for example, safeguarding, first aid.

Qualifications and experience
 •  NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ Level 2/ 3 or equivalent
 •  Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
 •  Up to date first aid and safeguarding training
 •  Knowledge of OFSTED standards
 •  A passion for delivering outstanding childcare and learning
