Join Our Team as a Quantity Surveyor 🌟

As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with our client, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between their operations in Warrington and Wales. You'll have the chance to work on exciting projects, collaborating with their diverse team to deliver exceptional results.

Package is £45,000

What You'll Do:

Manage all aspects of cost management, procurement, and contract administration.
Conduct thorough cost analysis and provide accurate estimates for projects.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
Assist in the preparation of tender documents and procurement strategies.

Monitor project progress and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
