Our client, located in the vibrant town of Basingstoke, is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join and lead their friendly team. With over two decades of providing expert animal care, our client offers a supportive environment and a welcoming atmosphere.

As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will join our client's nursing team on a full-time basis, with a typical week comprising of four clinical days and one administrative day. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage the nursing team, collaborating closely with Lead Nurses to identify areas for development and ensure a cohesive and efficient working environment.
Upholding practice and group policies will also be a key aspect of your role.

Our client's practice holds prestigious accreditations, including RCVS accreditation and Silver status from the ISFM Cat Friendly Clinic. Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities such as Ultrasound, Digital X-ray, and an In-house laboratory, you'll have access to the tools necessary to provide top-tier care.

Working alongside a team of skilled Vets, RVNs, SVNs, a PCA, and Client Care professionals, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both patients and clients alike.
