Job Description
The FP&A Analyst reports directly into the FP&A Manager. Duties of the FP&A Analyst includes but is not limited to:
• Financial and Operational Analysis of all areas of the business
• Operational reporting
• Business partnering with key stakeholders to provide strategic direction
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Financial reporting
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
• Be a part qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
• Proven financial analysis skills
• Experience proactively driving change
• Experience creating and working with financial models
• Strong communication and business partnering skills
• Advanced Excel
• Experience in housing is desirable but not essential
What's on Offer
The successful candidate can expect a starting salary £45-50,000 (doe) + 3 days home working + 25 days annual leave (buy and sell up to 5 days) + 5% pension contribution + other voluntary discounts
