Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced window and door order processor to join a successful window and door business in Somerset.
Our client, who manufactures UPVC windows and doors and has been operating for over 20 successful years, building a great reputation within the industry and local area for their quality and service.
The right candidate will have current/recent experience order processing UPVC windows and doors on industry specific software such as windows designer or something similar.
The role:
• 1st Look at surveys, input ready to be checked and processed
• Getting quotes from suppliers for stock
• Processing orders using the companies industry specific software
• Liaise with customers/clients regarding their orders
• Gathering information for quotes for jobs
• Work with finance, sales and installs to achieve different projects
• Manage and assist in raising purchase orders as well as reviewing completeness of job file to ensure all parts are ordered and delivered on time
• Assist with admin duties as required
• Provide excellent customer service
The candidate:
• Must have current/recent experience Order Processing windows and doors
• Have experience using software, window designer/ business micros / Evolution
• Experience reading technical drawings such as CAD
• Be able to manage own workload and meet deadlines
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Be a team player and be able to use own initiative
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must currently reside in the UK
