This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supply chain and process improvement professional, to join a Global FMCG Business in a newly created Packaging Planning Project Lead. The role will look to effectively manage a transformation agenda across the business' UK operations, looking to drive more sustainable activity, reduce waste, and help drive savings across the manufacturing operation.

A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management or supply chain improvement roles, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Exceptional leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage cross-functional teams.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to influence across all levels and functions
SAP experience would be beneficial but not essential. Job Offer
